A transparent and respectful application process is important to us. We are happy to give you an overview.

Before you send us your application, we recommend that you get to know our company. Our homepage is a good source of information. We would also be happy to welcome you to one of our many recruiting events, where you can quickly and easily get in touch with us in person.

Application Process

Online Application

You can apply online quickly and easily via our careers page. All vacancies at TPA Austria can be found on our Jobs page. Open the job offer you are interested in and click on ‘Apply’. Fill out the application form and upload your CV, cover letter and relevant documents, such as certificates.

Can’t find the right opportunity? You can also submit a speculative application.

For data protection reasons, we cannot consider any postal or e-mail applications.

Required application documents:

  • Cover letter: Why are you interested in the position?
  • Curriculum vitae: Your previous activities and qualifications
  • Certificates: Relevant school or service certificates
Preselection

After we receive your online application, you will receive an acknowledgement from us by email. Our Human Resources team will then compare your application documents with the job profile. After reviewing your documents, you will receive prompt feedback from us, or possibly a phone call and an invitation to an interview.

Interview

During the interview itself, we take enough time to get to know you personally. We want to learn more about your background and who you are as a person. Depending on the position advertised, a colleague from the Human Resources department and the manager responsible will be present during the interview. Please feel free to ask any questions that are important to you. We want to know if we are a good fit for you, and we’re sure you want to know the same about us!

Follow-Up

The next steps in the selection process will depend on the position. As a rule, we will invite you to a second, more in-depth interview to clarify any outstanding questions or to give you the opportunity to meet colleagues.

It's done!

If you have successfully completed the application process, you will receive a contract offer from us. We are pleased that you are strengthening our team! If we are unable to make you an offer, we will of course also let you know as soon as possible.
