Team Assistant

As a team assistant, you are responsible for the administrative support of your team colleagues.

This position offers a colourful mix of activities and tasks. As the ‘good spirit’ of the department, the team assistant always has an open ear for the concerns of the team members and is the first point of contact for our customers. A typical day in the team office includes processing incoming and outgoing mail, telephone switching, appointment scheduling and management, as well as internal and external correspondence. In addition, you will also provide support with technical tasks such as submitting to the tax office or preparing fee notes. And because chartered accountants have a lot of files, the team assistants also keep an eye on the ongoing filing of documents.

Of course, we won’t leave you to deal with these tasks on your own. Instead, you will receive comprehensive training from an experienced colleague. And don’t worry – the training won’t be theoretical in a seminar room, but directly at your workplace.

Perhaps you have already gained initial experience with accounting or payroll software at HAK or HBLA? This will certainly make it easier for you to work with BMD, the software we use. We use BMD not only for accounting and payroll accounting, but also for office administration. From maintaining customer master data to fee accounting, BMD also supports us in administrative matters. If you have not yet had any experience with this software, don’t worry – we will be happy to train you.
