Internal training and specialised lectures

We offer a wide range of lectures and seminars on current specialist topics and legal developments. Flexibility in terms of time and location is guaranteed for our employees through the use of video conferencing and video recording for internal lectures.

Soft Skills

In addition to subject-specific expertise, we emphasise the importance of developing communication, advisory and team skills. We promote personal development and thus the quality of our employees’ work through departmental and individual training.

Leadership

We prepare our employees for management positions with systematic personnel development measures. Our (prospective) managers develop their leadership skills in a targeted manner in a multi-stage leadership development programme and regular follow-ups.

TPA Conferences

As part of the TPA conference, which takes place outside of Vienna twice a year, internal and external specialist training is offered for tax advisors, professional candidates, auditing assistants, accountants, bookkeepers, payroll accountants and team assistants. In addition to acquiring specialised knowledge, these conferences also provide a valuable opportunity to exchange ideas with colleagues from other locations.

External training programmes

We offer our employees the opportunity to attend seminars and training programmes at external training providers to develop and expand their specialist knowledge. We support our employees in their training by covering course costs and offering flexible working hours.

Conferences

Our TPA conferences take place twice a year and all our employees from our Austrian locations are warmly invited. Our spring and autumn conferences are held in different seminar and wellness hotels in Austria and are organised for different professional groups. On the one hand, the professional training and further education of our employees is at the forefront, but on the other hand, the cross-departmental and cross-location exchange among each other, as well as fun and networking through a joint evening programme, should not be neglected.
