Accountant

As an employee in the accounting department, you will be responsible for handling the day-to-day accounting of your customers, embedded in a team of experienced accountants.

Depending on the size of the company and the industry, you will look after several customers. They regularly provide you with their records and documents, usually by electronic means. Your task is to check these documents and then assign them to an account and post them. In addition to ongoing coordination work and monthly account maintenance, you will take care of the individual accounts up to the trial balance. But processing the documents and ‘juggling the numbers’ is not the end of it! You are also the point of contact for your customers’ questions and for correspondence with government agencies and authorities.

Of course, we will not leave you alone with these tasks, but you will receive comprehensive training from an experienced colleague. And don’t worry – the training is not theoretical in a seminar room, but directly at your workplace with real bookkeeping.

Perhaps you have already gained initial experience with accounting or payroll software at HAK or HBLA? This will certainly make it easier for you to work with BMD, the software we use. If you have no experience with accounting software – no problem, we will be happy to train you.

In order to offer our customers the most comprehensive service possible with just one point of contact, the accounting position at our smaller locations is often coupled with payroll activities. This not only offers advantages for our customers, but also ensures that our employees’ work is never monotonous. If you also take on payroll accounting tasks, we will enable you to take a payroll accounting course so that you are optimally prepared for your work. We will, of course, cover the course fees.

Do you want to prepare annual financial statements in the future? We would be happy to support you in training to become an accountant. Of course, we will also cover the course fees in this case.
